Hi, My name is Henrique
From a childhood influenced by my mother's love for coffee, my passion for this aromatic brew grew, leading me to embrace the world of coffee-making as a professional in Australia. With a solid foundation, I embarked on a 4-year journey in the hospitality sector, with 3 of those years dedicated to perfecting the art of being a Barista – a profession that truly captured my heart.

Steering my career forward, I assumed the role of Head Barista and Manager at Sydney Restaurant Group, a prominent player in the city's dining scene. Over this period, I had the privilege of contributing my expertise to more than 10 cafes and restaurants. My journey also saw me collaborating with renowned brands like Porsche, Louis Vuitton, and Crown Casino, as well as curating coffee experiences for exclusive private functions.

Today, I am thrilled to pay forward my experiences and insights through training sessions at Di Lorenzo, a distinguished institution with a remarkable 20-year legacy in the Australian market. This exciting chapter allows me to continue my mission of spreading the joy of exceptional coffee and sharing my wealth of knowledge.
